For the Dressing:

- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Assemble the Bowls:
- Divide the chopped romaine lettuce among four serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrots, and optional toppings like shredded cheese, pickles, or avocado slices.
- Add the Beef:
- Spoon the cooked ground beef evenly over the salads.
- Finish with Dressing:
- Drizzle the dressing over each bowl or serve on the side. Toss gently to combine.
