It’s easy to make, irresistibly delicious, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Layers:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Pastry Layers:

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup of sugar, the egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Assemble the Base Layer:
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch the seams together to form a flat layer. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough.
  • Add the Cheesecake Layer:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
  • Top with the Second Dough Layer:
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and carefully place it over the cheesecake layer. Pinch the seams together to cover the filling completely.
  • Sprinkle the Topping:
Generously sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top layer of dough.
  • Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly puffed.
  • Cool and Serve:
Allow the cheesecake to cool for at least 30 minutes. For clean slices, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For an extra crispy topping, lightly spray the top layer with cooking spray before sprinkling with cinnamon-sugar.
