Instructions
- Prepare the Base:
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of serving glasses or a dessert dish to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Make the Mango Layer:
- Blend the mango cubes, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth to create a puree. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Set aside.
- Prepare the Cream Layer:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Do not overmix to keep the texture light and airy.
- Assemble the Dessert:
- Spoon a layer of mango puree over the chilled crust.
- Add a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers until the glass or dish is full, finishing with a cream layer on top.
- Garnish and Chill:

- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
