Instructions
- Prepare the Mango Puree:
- Blend the diced mangoes, honey (if needed), and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
- Make the Cream Layer:
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the Greek yogurt until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Optional Base Preparation:
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or a dish to create a firm base. Chill for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Assemble the Dessert:
- Layer the mango puree and cream alternately in serving glasses or a dish, starting with the mango puree.
- Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with the cream layer.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Top with reserved mango slices, a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, or mint leaves.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
