  • For the Cream Layer:
    • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
    • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • For the Base (Optional):
    • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mango Puree:
    • Blend the diced mangoes, honey (if needed), and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cream Layer:
    • In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
    • Gently fold in the Greek yogurt until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Optional Base Preparation:
    • Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly moistened.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or a dish to create a firm base. Chill for 10–15 minutes to set.
  4. Assemble the Dessert:
    • Layer the mango puree and cream alternately in serving glasses or a dish, starting with the mango puree.
    • Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with the cream layer.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    • Top with reserved mango slices, a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, or mint leaves.
    • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Use Alphonso or Ataulfo mangoes for a naturally sweet and vibrant flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness based on your preference.
